We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the breakfast, the variety of healthy food options, and the excellent service from our staff, including the helpful concierge who guided you to a lovely dinner spot nearby. We're also glad that you appreciated the quiet rooms and the hotel's prime location. We do, however, apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Our standard check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and we aim to have all rooms ready by this time. We regret that there was a slight delay, and we understand how that may have impacted your experience. Regarding the missing bathrobes and slippers, we’re sorry to hear that you couldn’t locate them in your room. These amenities are typically stored in the closet, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion or oversight in this matter. Finally, we're sorry that the overall feel of the room did not reflect the high standards you expected from an upscale hotel. We take your feedback seriously and will work to improve the condition of the rooms and the amenities we provide to ensure our guests have the exceptional experience they deserve.
