Very pleasant experience with great staff and comfortable and beautiful hotel with their last renovation. The location is a perfect point because it’s inside the business area of Dubai, highly recommended for business travelers or even solo.

The hotel is ideally located. Pragya was very helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Not forgetting the professional security team in the night shift Roger's,Ali and Salah I thank there Manger for training them well.

I had a really nice experience, I would like to thank Gamal & akshay for the amazing service. They are very kind and patient. Also to the girls , really kind. Unfortunately the guy who checked me in for the first time , is the rudest person I met in any hotel/restaurant, etc in Dubai. Should get some training on customer service/satisfaction Will come back because ibis is clean , service is usually good and price is really affordable

The location of the hotel is very good. The staff is outstanding especially Mr. Gamal. He took care of us the whole day. The housekeeping staff is also very helpful. Thank you for making my stay so special. Will be definitely back again…………..
