However, I am deeply sorry to hear about the unfortunate experience you had at La Plage on your last evening. I completely understand how disappointing it must have been, especially on such an important occasion like your anniversary. It is certainly not the experience we strive to provide, and I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been to have made plans only to be turned away at the restaurant without prior notice. Please know that we take your feedback seriously. We will review our communication procedures to ensure that, in cases like this, our guests are informed in advance so that they can make alternative arrangements without any added stress or disappointment.
