Cieszymy się, że doceniła Pani dogodną lokalizację naszego hotelu, który znajduje się naprzeciwko stacji kolejowej Bruksela-Południe, będącej przystankiem międzynarodowych pociągów, w tym Thalys, Eurostar i ICE. Jednakże, z przykrością przyjęliśmy Państwa uwagi dotyczące czystości, zwłaszcza w łazienkach. Przykładamy wielką wagę do utrzymywania naszych pokoi w nienagannej czystości, dlatego też jest nam bardzo przykro, że w tym przypadku nie spełniliśmy oczekiwań. Ponadto, zauważyliśmy Państwa komentarze na temat obsługi i pragniemy wyrazić szczere ubolewanie, jeśli nie poczuli się Państwo odpowiednio docenieni przez nasz personel.
