Vriendelijke desk clerk, zeer behulpzaam. Prima kamer, apart ingericht. Enige minpunt was de airco wiens laagste stand al zeer koud in je nek blies. Raam open en opgelost en voorderest gewoon nette kamer met (behalve rrn minib@r) alles erin wat je nodig hebt. Goede lokatie, 20 minuten wandelen naar Leidscheplein.

Prima kleine kamer, erg vriendelijk personeel en een prima ontbijt. Ook de locatie is perfect voor een bezoek aan een concert in Carré.

Great budget hotel and more!

For a budget hotel it was excellent. We paid £10 extra to have a non basement room and stayed for 3 nights. Room was spacious for a city hotel and we had a balcony overlooking the canal which we wasn’t expecting! Staff were extremely friendly, the only downside was we thought we had breakfast included which turns out we didn’t. May have been our error when booking. Location was great. Very easy to get into Amsterdam central. We walked some days but trams were easy to use and ran often and there’s a Lidl a 2 minute walk away from hotel. Hotel was clean, maid cleaned our room daily and even made a swan out of the towels which was a nice touch. Would recommend location wise, rooms were clean and helpful reception staff. Just as expected!

Hotel pulito, staff preparato e disponibile.. ottima posizione a 5 minuti dalla metro, vicino al mercato (dove si trova di tutto, dai bulbi dei tulipani alle cose da mangiare) e al museo dell'heineken 😆 Camera non grandissima ma pulita e funzionale, doppi cuscini, TV e riscaldamento..
