Dear Elrayes76, Thank you for your review of your recent stay here at Pullman KLCC Hotel & Residences. We are disheartened to learn of your arrival experience. Any last minute guest requests on change of room bookings that is different from the original booking will depend on the availability of the rooms. If the category of room is not available, then any upgrade to a higher category room will certainly involve extra charges. We regret to know that your booking caused much dissatisfaction during your previous stay with us. This is certainly not the Pullman KLCC experience we are known for, and we hope we can turn your experience into a more positive one should you consider returning to us in the future.
