Club Millesime,Elmo and That View .

This hotel is the my choice for a special occasion . The rooms are all beautifully appointed and the views amazing. Club Millesime on Level 35 is my favourite. Senior Butler Elmo will treat you to his wonderful sense of humour and will welcome you as though he had been waiting for you all day . Under Elmo's tutelage the staff, food and drink service are of the highest standard . It's a very special place accessed as a Platinum Accor member or booking a room with the Club access . Not to be missed for a special stay at Darling Harbour .

The hotel is generally good and the service is attentive and friendly however, there is a huge issue in March 2025 that no one mentioned....its the CONSTRUCTION. It is right in front of the Sofitel Sydney and the workers start at 7am. If you are at the pool or in the gym, their are dozens of construction workers and cranes. This is a major issue if you want to sleep or feel relaxed. Be aware

Our Qantas flight from Hamilton Island, Australia, to Sydney was canceled. We called the Sofitel immediately, but they refused to refund the cost, which we had prepaid. American Express said this has NEVER happened before with any other hotel. BEWARE.

Great stay loved the service from Elmo,Wayne, Vincent and the team - will definitely stay again - the luxury experience every time - lounge is e excellent - ChampagneBar good and bed is comfy in a spacious room + location location location is unbeatable

Thoroughly enjoyed this stay. With the addition of Club Millesime our visit was so easy and enjoyable . ELMO assisted us in the Club , and was really helpful and informative about locations and travel. Extremely friendly, ELMO is an asset to the hotel in his position.
