Staying at the Pullman Hanoi as an Accor Plus Platinum member was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and efficient, with a seamless check-in at the Executive Lounge. The complimentary room upgrade was a great perk, offering a spacious and comfortable stay with city views. I enjoyed access to the lounge, where the evening cocktails and canapés were a perfect way to unwind. Breakfast had a great variety, and the late checkout allowed for a relaxed departure. The hotel’s location made exploring Hanoi easy, and the facilities, including the gym and spa, added to the stay’s comfort. Overall, the Pullman Hanoi delivered excellent value, especially with the Accor Plus Platinum benefits enhancing the experience.

From the moment you walk through the door, the staff at the Pullman in Hanoi are second to none. They are extremely friendly, always greet you with a smile and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Cuong in particular helped us with directions to visit local site seeing and booking local transport. The restaurant here also has a very dedicated team of whom are efficient, friendly and are always ready to assist in any way they can. Thanks Lan for making our stay at the Pullman special each time we saw you when we dined in the restaurant. Hopefully we can make it back to Hanoi in the future. Deborah and Daryl

２泊目で入口付近の照明が点滅していたので、外出時にフロントに申し出ました。外出から戻った時には点灯していたのですが、翌日の朝（チェックアウト時）には全く照明が点灯しませんでした。そのままチェックアウトしました。

Excellent staff and management, both extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean and the rooms are newly furnished and quiet. I travel for my work and, this Pullman is among the best hotels I’ve encountered. Definitely recommend.

I work as a pilot and stayed more than 100 hotels during last 10 years. Compared to its price Pullman Hanoi is the best hotel I have ever stayed. Let me tell you why. Many people expect everything to be perfect when they stay in a hotel but once you spend enough time in hotels you get to realize even in the most luxurious ones things can get broken, depreciate or may be they are just not your taste. In my opinion, here the game changer is the people who welcome you and comfort you when you are far away from home and your loved ones. They accommodate you, host you, and help you when you need. I want to specially thank Cuong from concierge and others in the front office for making me feel super welcomed every time I stayed here(I visited 4 times).
