We stayed at Novotel Cairns Oasis in March and had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make my partner’s birthday special, which really added a personal touch to our stay. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Cairns and within walking distance to everything you could need, including the Esplanade, shops, and restaurants. The hotel is also conveniently located right next to the Cairns Aquarium. The onsite restaurant serves a great buffet breakfast with plenty of variety, and the pool area is absolutely beautiful—spacious, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. The whole vibe of the place is super chilled, and we felt relaxed the entire time we were there. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Cairns—whether you’re celebrating something special or just looking for a central, relaxing base to explore from!

Great hotel with friendly staff. Walking distance to everything.Pool is amazing. Tomoya on reception provides exceptional service. Clean, good amenities and lovely rooms. Swim out bar is fun with a variety of cocktails and beers. Scooters available for hire.

Underwhelmed and annoyed best describes how we feel after our stay at this resort. The internet was abysmal. The connection onto the internet required more steps than just knowing the network name and password. It required going to the front desk to learn that it was necessary to go into settings & turn off certain security features. When I made a comment about someone looking at the stuff on my device, the front desk person laughed and said, ‘you never know, it might be me down here in the middle of the night….’ Once I got the very unsecure internet going, it cut out constantly. This is supposedly a hotel that caters to business travelers. How can you have such crappy internet? Regardless, it’s 2025, how can you have such crappy internet? At check in, we were given 2 inch X 2 inch paper tickets as tokens for pool towels. If we didn’t exchange them for towels, they had to be returned at check out or you were charged $25/token. Not only is that cheap, it’s tacky. We do not recommend.

日本から慣れない海外への旅行で不安でしたが、聞き取れない英語もフロントで嫌な顔せず説明して貰えて有り難かったです。 部屋に関しては、スタッフの対応もよく、毎日タオル交換など適切に行われていました。 ネガティブな要素としては、窓の隙間から部屋にアリが入ってきており、それが気になりました。 一度チェックしてみてはどうでしょうか？

アーリーチェックインのサービスは良かったです。 歓迎ムードが感じられました。 部屋にはアリがいました。 また、家族4人のうち、2人は就寝中にダニに噛まれ、とても不快でした。たぶん、次の滞在には違うブランドのホテルを選びます。 ホテルのレストランはQRコードでの注文がうまく出来ず、カウンターに並んで注文しました。 時間を無駄にしました。
