Dear robertabilotta, Thank you for your feedback on your stay at the ibis Phuket Patong. I do appreciate that you took the time to share your thoughts on TripAdvisor and I am very sad that we apparently failed to handle your request appropriately. As our client, you have all the right to voice your concern in the way you have chosen. I am however very surprised to read some of the comments you made. What surprised me the most is that you felt that some of our colleagues were rude for doing their job. In fact, you have booked 2 nights of room only with prepaid condition. So I am puzzled why you claim we did. I do take your comments with the utmost seriousness and if you are comfortable with connecting with me directly, I would very much like to do so, to make certain we are following up and can clarify what went wrong. As you may have seen on our this platform and other pages, generally our clients leave very happy and the fact that you could not experience the same is of great concern to me and the team.
