Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et calmes. Même si l’hôtel est près d’un boulevard, on n’entend rien dans la chambre fenêtre fermée. Petit déjeuner buffet assez varié. L’hôtel est bien placé : à côté d’un trame pour atteindre rapidement le centre ville. Et à pied en 20-30 minutes de marche, on attend le centre ville.

Mixed experience – great staff, but the room needs improvement

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room had several issues that made my stay less comfortable. The thermal insulation was poor, and the room remained cold. The heating system didn't work properly, and cold air leaked through the window edges. Additionally, the blackout curtains didn’t fully cover the window, allowing a lot of sunlight to enter early in the morning (around 5:30 AM during my stay). The breakfast was the standard Ibis offering, which I find satisfactory and without surprises. The hotel restaurant serves good food but closes early and lacks dessert options. The room itself was quite old, and considering the minimum Ibis standard, it should be renovated. Another point to note is that while the hotel has "Stare Miasto" in its name, it is actually not located in the Old Town but rather at some distance from it. Overall, while the staff and restaurant were good, the outdated rooms, poor insulation, and misleading location name make me hesitant to recommend this hotel.

Sono deluso dal soggiorno. La camera è configurata in modo diverso rispetto alla prenotazione. Nessun upgrade allo status Platinum, carta della camera decifrata due volte, dati errati sulla fattura, nessun drink di benvenuto per una persona, asciugacapelli rotto.

We sincerely apologize for the problems with the room card and the non-working hair dryer, which we could have replaced if you had told us about it. We apologize for the errors that occurred when issuing the invoice. The room you received was a premium room (this is the highest status we have in our hotel). Our system also shows that you used two welcome drinks. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Our staff is very concerned about the satisfaction of our guests. Ho alloggiato per 6 notti e mi sono trovata bene. La camera aveva tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno e il personale era disponibile. Bella la hall con le poltroncine e al ristorante si mangia bene. Forse l'unico problema è che la camera aveva un odore di chiuso rimasto anche sui cuscini, ma era molto pulita ed è andato tutto bene :)
