We first checked in to a room that smelt like sewerage pipes with a view that looked into another room - when speaking to the front desk we were advised to run the shower for a while and if that didn’t work then the employee would spray Glen 20 - my hotel experience didn’t start well - after expressing my disappointment with this remedy we were moved to a 2 bedroom. Apartment which was an improvement however still no view - but we were grateful to have a room that did n oh t smell as bad as the first - also having bin restaurant was disappointing- I wouldn’t return when there are so many other options - also seemed by the Belinda to the personal residents out in the balcony’s made the appearance quite messy

Lovely hotel in a great location. Deducted a star cause there is no onsite dining or bar facilities. Breakfast has to be taken at a restaurant in the city. Front desk were very vague about the location and times which was annoying and we didn’t end up using it

We appreciated the central location and car parking and in room washing/dryer that was available however the facilities in our room (2 room apartment) were lacking e.g no chopping board, no scrubbing brush, lacking in key cooking utensils, the dishwasher also does not clean anything properly. The hotel itself seems like it needs a refresh, the entry hallway (outdoor) to our room is covered in scratches and marks to the paint and generally isn’t that welcoming and has the feeling of an old hospital rather than hotel.
