Everything was great from booking in to checking out. The only negative comment was the quality of the bed. A better quality bed would have made a big difference. The size of the bed was great but quality not so. Great experience otherwise.

We have stayed at Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise a few times. Location is excellent on Esplanade at Surfers and is across rd from beach. Everything is easily accessed rom here walking,tram,bus or by car .Car parking is available below Pepper’s.Get map of details how to get to parking as it is a bit tricky and many parking spots are reserved but have a look and you will find one Views and amenities are excellent from Apartments wit all facilities . Great for families but we are pleased with the high standard of cleaning of the Apartments which is the best we have ever seen it.On arrival we had a maintenance issue with a washing machine and it was fixed n 30 min. Writing this review and it is our 2nd stay in 2 weeks Rooms are self contained but breakfast is available in Restaurant with good service

Peppers Soul is situated at end of Cavill St adjoining The Esplanade overlooking the sea.The accomodation is self contained apartments with balconies that has everything you need including a laundry and drier.The Apartments are spacious basically 2 or 3 bedroom.Peppers Soul is 77 stories ' high overlooking Surfers Paradise. All staff are very helpful,parking is available.Reception is on 2nd floor.Breakfast in Restaurant is excellent with a view out over the ocean.Rooms are serviced daily to high standard. Would highly recommend Peppers Soul but if you can book say Sun to Fri and away from peak times you may get a more affordable stay as it is a bit on the expensive side Peppers Soul is located where all the action in Surfers is.Good transport especially the tram close by.Many restaurants and eating places of all price levels nearbyHopping centre close by and Life Saver patrolled beach across the Esplanade.Hotel has a great outdoor pool and spa as well as a gym

Booked the wrong night. No one even contacted me for check in. I had a very rude reservation manager tell me that we don’t check with customers for check in. So you’re telling me a 500 a night hotel can’t even be bothered to ensure a paying customer of their check in arrival. Then go on to be rude and not even contemplate a resolution or any support in this matter. I will ensure no of my friends, family or even my enemies stay at your cowboy run entitled hotel again.
