Very helpful and professional staff, an immaculately clean one bedroom studio apartment and a fabulous outlook from the balcony onto the bushlands and the native birds. There is ample cross ventilation in the rooms which is a very nice point. Buffet breakfast was also very good. We were only a 10 minutes walk from Hastings St shops and eateries and the buggy for guests is excellent. However, some things might need attention. There was no door between the bedroom and the bathroom - and that is rather bizarre at a cost in excess of $400 per night. Some bathroom activities are not best shared so the lack of a door came as a surprise and an inconvenience. The restaurant was fully booked for dinner and not wanting to go out, we ordered room service. The app to order did not work; the phone in the room did not work but the staff at Reception arranged what we wanted. Thank you. The absence of saucers for the breakfast cups (not mugs) and the lack of serviettes with the room service meal speak of cost cutting. There was little variety in the Bar Menu with most dishes containing chilli to which I am allergic so that ruled out Bar meals. The room service menu was more comprehensive and the meals delivered were of a high standard. The pool and the gym may have seen better days and would need a significant overhaul to achieve a 4 star rating. Overall, very pleasant with some areas that do need to be fixed.

Good location, Good Breakfast, Getting Tired

We had a pleasant 2 days in Noosa. Whilst on a hill, the on call buggies are a lifesaver for those of us who are older. The resort is getting tired now and rooms are simple and a little sparse esp for the premium price charged. Could do with a modernisation and introduction of some warmth and colour. And have a look at those prices too!!
