The Staff @ Mantra Tullamarine always welcome you with a smile and the Customer Service is always of a very high standard. They look after me well. That's why I will always choose this hotel and I would highly recommend it. They do Airport transfers as well.

The people at reception were pleasant and efficient with the process completed quickly. The room was clean and tidy and the shower was excellent.Our departure at the desk was handled quickly and in a friendly manner considering the early morning start.The shuttle bus process proceeded quickly and we were deposited at the airport in a timely manner by a very friendly driver.

The food was terrible and overpriced. I order confit chicken with mashed kumera and kale. The kumera mash had big lumps of skin in it. There was about 1 teaspoon of sauce. It was $36!!!! I told the staff that a 9 year old could cook it better than the chef. We paid for breakfast but because the restaurant didn't open until 6.30am and we had to leave to go to airport at that time. we got no breakfast.

Very comfortable and clean. Great restaurant. We were also impressed with the quietness! I was expecting noise being that close to the airport but we slept very well!
