The reception staff were very impersonal only intent on processing not welcoming us. We booked a studio king room and arrived to find separate twin beds and only one towel for a couple. All walls in the room were badly marked and scraped. The room was noisy the entire night and breakfast was well below standard. Others now tell us to stay at the Pullman just down the road

Proximity to Sydney domestic airport was the key, and it is part of the Accor empire!

We stayed here 1 night, it was overall ok, the room was small-ish with a queen bed, but was clean and shower was good. The proximity to the domestic airport was helpful and being an Accor member, the stay for the night (1 night per yr) was free. Car parking costs - $32/N. Breakfast is extra.

Overall was good stay. There was no bottle water provided, and couldn’t find any venting machine. Luckily I bought a big bottle of sparkling water from the restaurant.

I spoke with Emily 1 week before to clarify location and parking. Excellent suggestions. Excellent stay. I was lucky enough to have Emily on duty when I stayed. She is awesome to deal with. I opted for the airport transfer when I checked in. Lucky as it was raining.

I will not be staying at this hotel again as it is easily the worst Mantra I have ever set foot on. Starting at the room where my AC was "broken" and even set to the minimum, room was always at 24-24.5C, the hotel does not have a sauna but my room could easily be considered an unofficial one. Asked front desk to solve the issue, nothing was done. Had my whole team stay in the hotel for an event, 10 people, none had anything good to say about the hotel. No gym. Terrible breakfast that I only bother to eat one day because it was free due to my Platinum status.
