It has been a great stay! Things we really liked about it: -The staff were very helpful and cheerful. Very pleasant to transact with. - Beach front. -With access-only complimentary parking. -Close to necessities: convenience store, -Coles, restaurants, cafe, clothing shops. - The room was very spacious. - Everything we expected in an apartment was available: washing machine, basic kitchen equipments. - We werent expecting it but there was a spa tub which was lovely! - Indoor/Outdoor pool + spa.

Our room was clean and the views were amazing. Staff were all friendly. Shops and restaurants were all close bywe swam in the indoor heated pool and sat in the outdoor heated spa we cooked our own breakfast and ate on the balcony. Beautiful views

I was disappointed this visit (we have stayed 3 times previously) The fridge ‘froze’ everything regardless of how low you turned it down. Not always able to access ABC or SBS. Only one pot provided to cook a meal. Carpet in lounge needs cleaning. Surprised this apartment ( 709) is a ‘superior room’

Booked for 5 nights in an apartment with full sea view which is not necessary as I would normally be getting an upgrade bring a Hold Plys member but thought that if I booked a full sea view will be ensured with a really nice apartment. Deeply disappointed as we were given a low floor unit which was noisy due to the noise from the pool area. I had sent an email requesting for a high floor unit but was informed that they hv not received the email. Showed the email I sent and was told that because it was sent to reservation, front office was not informed. Have requested for a move to higher floor when available told ‘fully booked’.
