Disappointed Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

Check in was not up to standard. Had to wait for room to be ready then had to rejoin long queue to get room key. Had to find a table to sit at for breakfast by ourselves . Breakfast supplies in some areas had run out and not topped at 8.45 in the morning. And still not when we left 7 Days on and still yet to receive refunded room holding deposit. Was told it would take 3 to 5 days. After inquiring we have since been told 5 to 8 Days. So disappointed because previously have enjoyed our stay at The Pullman on The Pack!
