Was sad to see that one has to wait more than 30 mins just to check in. Ridiculous. The staff needs better training and dont practice discrimination at the hotel check-in counter. The lady named Alana who checked me in was very poor and the other lady who was on duty when i checked in was even worse and chose whom she wants to talk to and checked in. Never seem such an abysmal behaviour. I didn't ask her to do a job she does not seem to like and has to cherrypick client interaction.

Our stay was lovely, clean rooms great amenities. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Hash browns at Brekky were over cooked. There was no potato left in them. But otherwise fantastic 👍🏻
