Always a lovely location. I’ve stayed many times under my and my partner’s profile. As a platinum I didn’t receive any welcome, I had asked the hotel for an early checkin but upon arrival it wasn’t noted or granted. Had to walk into reception to ask help to get luggage etc Room upgrade was given but only after I asked. No milk in room, took 2 phone calls to have it delivered. Room had some issues that I reported on check out. Spa didnt work and very bad smell in laundry area. Arranged late check out - 12 granted - but receptionists calling at 1145 asking when leaving etc….

We have stayed here several times and while the view is spectacular and location cannot be beaten, we're not feeling like it's value for money anymore and now considering if we will stay again. We were so disappointed with our experience this time. - Our fridge stank like vomit as soon as we arrived. Literally. It was disgusting. - The drain in the shower of the central bathroom got clogged and flooded our shower area and we had to turn off the shower mid wash and get hotel maintenance - The door out to the balcony in the second bedroom did not lock properly and I was very concerned that my youngest could go out there and try and climb over. I had to keep the blind down and bags there to deter him. - The second bedroom had a drink bottle left next to the bed from the previous hotel guest - The water pressure is beyond a joke to the point where I couldn't wash my hair - The hot water was inconsistent constantly and I was petrified it would burn my children and had to stand there and monitor it because it was so unstable. It also took a good 5 mins for the hot water to kick in. - There was noisy maintenance going on above us during parts of our stay

Breakfast , room was cold ,food was cold only 3 people dinning , vacuming steps as we ate . No notice given of road closures till wanting to leave . Tea and Coffee not replenished . 4 times tried to order room service/ hung up . List goes on .
