As previously stayed at this location and always very comfortable and located well but was disappointed with my accommodation being given a disability room not advised when I am an able body person . Also booked and the check in process that didn’t realise that I had to use my points in initial on line booking time as I am only days away from loosing 2700 points value of $65 AU that will expire in 5 days time. I mentioned this to the person on check and was unable to assist as being completed.

Very budget accommodation that was OK, but no longer charging a budget price. For the prices they’re charging now, I wouldn’t choose to stay there if I could book elsewhere.

Everything was fine, except for the lift. It wasn’t that convenient since the lift wasn’t working properly and I had to wait pretty long just to go up and down.
