I just want to say a big thank you to Graham at reception who made my stay very comfortable. If you don't cope in small spaces then look for a larger room to start. This would make it easier on staff. I ended up in a room that was comfortable and manageable. Bed was very comfortable and according to my watch, I slept very well. Certainly felt refreshed every morning. Thank you.

Very old. Lamp did not work in my room. Heating not working. Had to call reception for small heater to warm room. Carpet needs replacing.

Older establishment but very clean and great size room. All staff pleasant and helpful. Great value for money. Would stay again next visit to Adelaide.

A very tired hotel, definitely in need of a facelift. Staff do their best and are friendly. A$15 for a mediocre continental breakfast, no other meals available on site, although there is a very busy, but noisy restaurant almost next door. Would not stay there in the future
