Nice place to stay but cleaners need training

Was a lovely place to stay, but my partner was ill while we were there, and we had the cleaners walk in on us at 8:30pm while my partner was trying to sleep, when i asked what they were doing they said aren't you leaving? I found this extremely unsettling Nd I think they may need some training or a new process so they know which rooms are occupied.

Very comfortable stay overnight - slight hiccup when the morning shuttle could not handle the number of guests but we were refunded our booking fre as s result and caught a taxi
