Lack of pool, lifts not all working. Temporary breakfast barely adequate. Conference facilities a bit cramped. Staff great and helpful, good customer service.

Disappointing stay

Service was good but the renovations really made the stay poor. A lot of renovations noise and heard a lot of commotion outside my room by the people moving new mattresses.

It was disappointing that we did not have a good food experience. While we understand that upgrading the hotel is necessary, we should have been given places to dine. I am angry about the way $250 was deducted from my Mastercard and not replaced when I checked out. I had paid for the room and breakfast in advance and did not ask for additional service during my stay. That money should have been returned to me.

Well located but room without natural light

Room totally dark even at noon with all curtains opened. Poor bathroom water évacuation (floor still wet the next day). The room was probably for disabled guests, yet they also need proper water evacuation system. I put the 'do not disturb sign' on the door to have a nap after a long flight, and the reception called while I was sleeping to advise that they didn't make up the room due to that sign...... Thanks for waking me up. Breakfast area was on the first floor then one day it was on the fourth one without previous information shared. (due to ongoing works). I would not recommend this hotel, at least until the work is ongoing.
