Location is good. Room very small. Smallest hotel room I've ever experienced.Decor in accommodation dated. Door release card unreliable. Sometimes it worked other times it took multiple attempts. Wasted too much time on trying to release the door. One chair in the room it was plastic. The breakfast food was on the whole pretty good. Views good. Bed was comfortable. Shower was quite good. As I said location excellent.

great location and friendly staff. But breakfast selection is limited and Novotel is more better with family friendly choices for dinning in with kids menu.

My wife and I Made reservation's for a two night stay, my wife is a accor advantage plus member since 1995. We arrived EARLY and expected to drop our bags and go. The reception were very pleasant with a smile, and booked us in immediately. The room is situated with a full view of Cockle Bay from the eighth floor. Our thanks to all the staff for a very pleasant stay.
