The good things to start with, the pool and bar are really nice, and the food amazing. But the room dated, especially the bathroom. The TV lacking in any smart TV functionality like a modern 4 or 5 star hotel should have, which could be solved with a chromecast. There is a severe lack of well located power points in the room to charge your laptop for work, or for a twin bed room only have one power point to charge your phone overnight, I had to go to Woolies to buy am extension cord at night because the engineer was off for the night and manager couldnt get one. My door stopped recognising my card, which took me 3 walks to reception to try to resolve as each card provided also didn't work. Just as well that I booked this with my free night from All rewards program, because I wouldn't have paid to stay here again.

My recent stay was quite nice. Pool and amenities were good, staff were friendly and proficient. My only issue is the bathrooms are outdated, and the overbath showers are terrible, short and slippery
