Dear Guest, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience brought to you, we have conducted a training to the concierge team of customer service, specially the service attitude. and the room division has been focus on the room smell and inspect rooms on daily basis. a replacement of wall paper has been started this year and would been accomplished soon. thank you for your comments and suggestion and apologize again.
