One Light bulb was out, robes looked very used, plugs near beds very hidden, peloton bike had a cracked screen, and bathrooms by the gym were closed.

The room was just wonderful. The staff (nearly all) was helpful and kind. Loved the refillable water bottles and the quiet, attractive bar on the ground floor. I'd stay again. A few small issues: phone in room didn't work, making it difficult to call the valet for the car. The first time I tried to call for car, I couldn't. So when I got downstairs I had to wait 20 minutes more for my car and I missed my appointment. Going forward, I had to navigate the hotel phone message system calling as an outsider on my cell phone every time--not a big deal, but annoying. I had reported the phone broken, but no one fixed it and when I returned to the room the next evening, it was still broken. I also would have appreciated help with my bags. When I checked out, I struggled to get them all into the trunk of my car while the valet stood there watching and never offered to help, but still seemed to expect a tip. I found it odd.

I feel scammed out of my incidental. I booked your Park and Play through your website. I navigated to the Park and Play page and clicked “book” from that page to show available rooms with this deal. I called before completing booking and told the front desk the price I was looking at and was told that valet was included in that price. I proceeded with booking. Upon arrival, I was AGAIN told valet was included in my booking price. I was told that they would need to put a $200 incidental hold on the card. That was fine. I then valeted the car, because I was told it was included in the rate I booked for, by TWO separate people (by the woman I spoke to before booking and by the front desk at check in). I was told the incidental would be returned to me in 10 business days. It has been 10 business days. I had to call, just to be told valet was NOT included in the fee I booked for, and $150 was taken out of the incidental for valet, even after repeatedly telling me that it was already covered. I was told I did not book the Park and Play and if I had, it would have been more expensive. I was told this by the SAME woman I spoke to before booking, who confirmed the price included valet- if she knows that it would have been more expensive now, she should have known that the first time I told her the price I was looking at. I just went to book a 2 night stay on the same days I stayed for and out in advanced the same amount of days I booked, including park and play, and it is EIGHT DOLLARS MORE THAN WHAT I BOOKED FOR. There is no way this can be justified. How is park and play with a king bed for 2 nights $397, $7 over my original rate of $390, but I paid $540 for the same thing? I have been misled and taken advantage of.

Loved the room- spacious with a great view. Amazing bathrooms very modern and very well stocked. Really easy to find and has amazing valet, they are super quick and accommodate around your schedule.
