Indeed sorry that I am writing this review a bit late On 21st Feb me and my colleague went to Torito restaurant for dinner.. The experience was awesome, it was a Fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. We were warmly welcomed and seated. The restaurant manager was kind enough to explain to us the menu. No doubt that Food and drink was definitely top class, above that was how staff made us feel at home.. special mention: nia, sufry, paulo, raesyel Ps: sorry if the spellings are incorrect

Professionally, I come from a customer service/ quality management background, thus I am aware of all the touch points in term of hospitality experience. I spent 5 nights @ Banyan Tree KL with my Wife. Every interaction with Staff members was pleasing, they genuinely showed due care and hospitality. Hanif, the manager at Horizon breakfast venue on the 58 floor with amazing view of KL skyline, took such good care of us . His team provided appetising and nutritious meals that sustained us all day exploring KL. I give BT seven stars in every category. I had a fantastic stay, and everything exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was hearty, made to order, and absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, offering a great variety to choose from. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience. One of the best parts of breakfast was the stunning view. Enjoying a meal while taking in the beautiful scenery made for a peaceful and refreshing start to the day. It truly enhanced the overall experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay.
