I stayed at Ibis Styles Bomonti for dental treatment. My terrace room was great, the hotel was clean, and the location is convenient. The front desk personnel were always ready to help. I especially want to thank Mr. Mahmut for his assistance and professionalism—he was truly excellent.

When I made a reservation I asked them about distance to Memorial. That told me 5 or 10 min. But it was not true.

There was a check in during midnight around 03:00 o’clock. Room was next to our room. They made a lots of voices (you understand what I mean) they used 1 hour and They had an argument that night.

We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it\'s apparent in this case that we fell short. Isolation torubles are the things we are aware of that complains and we\'re working very hard to find solutions. And we are really very close distance to Memorial Hospital its about 7..8 minutes drive by taxi. There are few hospitals in same brand. Did you mean Memorial SİSLİ Hospital ? İf yes , we are very close to that hospital. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. I had to stay one night in Istanbul with my friend while returning back home and it was a very convenient place to stay with very helpful staff that helped us with locating a good place to eat after midnight and called up taxis for us to be able to go places in this very short stay.

Mahmut and the other front staff manager were both great. They helped us with anything we needed. My brother was sick and they went above and beyond to arrange a late check-out and extra water without additional costs. This was highly appreciated by my whole family
