Comfortable stay in OK hotel

My expectations were adjusted accordingly so l did not expect a Sofitel experience. My check-in was smooth and efficient. I was given an earlier check in and was grateful for this. The staff at the front desk were all wonderful and very helpful and cheerful. A special mention goes out to Izabelle. I was a little annoyed with housekeeping who would arrive at 9AM to service room...I´m still dreaming at this time. I was on level 16. The room, although dated, is comfortable and cleanliness was acceptable. I particularly liked the large flat screen TV and the bed n pillows were extremely comfortable. The not-so-good were the massive carpet stains in the hallway outside the elevator on level 16. Management - hope you're listening. That carpet needs to go. It´s a bad initial impression as l walked to my room. I would consider staying here again in future.
