My stay at The Retreat Palm was nothing short of amazing. The peaceful atmosphere, stunning beachfront views, and focus on wellness made it the ideal place to relax and recharge. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially at the spa and wellness center. The food was healthy, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of options. I loved waking up to yoga sessions and ending the day with a sunset walk on the private beach. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, serene setting!

We had a lovely 10 day stay at this hotel, views are absolutely amazing from the pool side, it is not far to walk to the Atlantis and other hotels. Hotel room was absolutely spotless and cleaning staff work very hard. They clean the room leave water/ then call back later to see if we need anything else. Very lovely. As a treat the hotel left roses and a cake for my birthday in our room! Such a lovely touch. All the staff are very helpful and will do as much as they can to make everything perfect. The services staff work very hard in the restaurant and around the pool. Very happy friendly people!! One thing about this hotel is I didn’t see in the booking/online about it being alcohol free, I should have realised with it being a retreat/wellness hotel, but more information about that should be on the website. Also our hotel room was facing construction work, not the hotels fault but was very loud and constant work during the day/night.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the very beginning. A special mention goes to Anuj, one of the waiters, who was exceptionally hospitable and cheerful. His warm personality and genuine attentiveness truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Overall, the service was outstanding—efficient, professional, and guest-oriented. The hotel’s facilities and services were well-organized, clean, and of high quality. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!
