It was our third hotel in UE during this holiday and the worst one. First of all it’s smaller than it seems to be on the photos. It’s crowded and there are not enough sun-beds and towels. Queue for breakfast. There is renovation outside so if u have room this side it’s not so nice. Service is average. It’s no alkohol hotel what we knew before but there were a lot of people that didn’t know and weren’t happy. It’s retreat hotel but u need to pay extra for sport classes and mock cocktails are not great. However there are some advantages: 1. View from beach and pool also from our room ( we had palm view room) 2. Swimming pool with shadow and small playground for kids on the beach. Lifeguards are very kind and nice. 3 Room is clean and u have everything u need inside. Anyway I am not planning to go back to this hotel.
