First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and confusion you experienced regarding your guest’s breakfast during their recent stay at Mercure Jakarta Batavia. We deeply regret the miscommunication that occurred at the concierge desk and the impact it had, especially considering the importance of your guest, whom you hold in such high regard. It is truly disheartening to hear that your honored guru from Nepal was not able to enjoy the breakfast that had been expected, and we understand how upsetting and embarrassing this must have been for you. Your experience is certainly not reflective of the service standards we strive to maintain, and we are taking this matter very seriously. We are currently reviewing this incident internally with our concierge and front office teams to identify where the breakdown happened and to ensure proper retraining is provided to prevent such issues in the future. Once again, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
