Your feedback on the cleanliness of the glass cup and the response regarding your request for a replacement is concerning, and we regret any dissatisfaction this caused. We also recognize the disturbance from the wake-up call and the noise from housekeeping, which should not have disrupted your rest. Additionally, we are sorry to hear about the issues with the air conditioning in your room, as well as the concerns regarding the towel placement and billing errors. We strive to provide accurate billing and proper service, and it is disheartening to hear we fell short in this instance.
