In spite of reaching out to the front office team, nothing could be achieved to stop the loud music in the top floor. Poor buffet quality of fruits rotten grapes, and staff need training to attend the live counters, got messed up with the veg to non veg in pasta division. But overall Novatel feel good factor is missing. Samba And Ravi in front desk did their best job in resolving the possible, appreciate them for their attention to the guests as first priority. Bell desk lady don't remember the name in Saree is too good to attend all possible things requested.
