Great location to begin with, close to Melb Central shopping centre & trams. Great room, big tv, very happy with the hotel facilities. Can I give a shout out to Darren, Food & Beverage Manager, for his great service, nothing was too much trouble, smiling, engaged staff in the restaurant & check in.. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

New experience to self serve check in and we got there eventually. Wasn’t sure about checking out process cos could not locate the information easily. However, the location was great just a couple of minutes from the subway. Lots of diversity of restaurants in the area. The compact room was a good size overall, and had everything you needed for a short stay. But we had an issue with the pillows!!!! Only one each, one soft and one like a brick, and having to take turns in getting the soft one. 😜. Breakfast was yum, well worth it and the staff were bubbly and helpful. Well priced stay so it was good value.
