Pretty Boy Bar & Restaurant is open 7 days a week for breakfast and Mon-Sat for dinner- with social hour available from 4.00pm-5.30pm. Note- Pretty Boy Bar & Restaurant is closed for Dinner on Sunday's with Golden Mug Cafe on the ground floor open until 8.30pm. The hotel offers valet parking at $70 from Sundays-Thursdays and $80 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays per day.

I am writing as a loyal Accor Silver Plus member to formally raise serious concerns regarding a deeply disappointing experience during my recent stay at your hotel. The service and hygiene standards I encountered were not only far below the expectations of the Accor brand, but also lacked basic hospitality responsibility and common sense. 1. Unclean Linen Causing Skin Irritation Upon using the bedding in our room, both my wife and I noticed the linen was not clean. Shortly after, our skin began to feel itchy, red, and irritated, suggesting a possible allergic reaction or poor laundering standards. This raises not only a comfort issue but also a serious health and hygiene concern, which should never occur in an Accor property. 2. Non-Responsive Night Service and Failed Hair Dryer Request After showering around 12:30am, we discovered the in-room hair dryer was not functioning. Given that my wife has long hair and it was very wet, we needed a replacement urgently. I tried repeatedly to contact reception and guest services via the room telephone—over three times each—and also called the hotel’s public number using my mobile, all without any response. Left with no choice, I personally went down to reception. A female staff member (of Indian appearance) was present, and I explained the issue politely. Shockingly, rather than offering assistance, she told me there was no spare hair dryer and advised I call back at 7:00am. I even suggested borrowing one from a vacant room, but she refused, citing “hotel policy”—without showing any urgency or initiative to help. This approach is unacceptable and out of line with the Accor standard of service. Rather than taking ownership or trying to assist, she was dismissive and indifferent to a reasonable guest request. Only after I insisted did she contact the hotel manager, who promptly found a working hair dryer from another room, came with me to swap it, and offered a polite apology for the delay and how busy they were. This entire incident reflects serious gaps in: • Staff responsiveness and after-hours service • Basic problem-solving and guest empathy • Cleanliness and health standards in guest rooms My expectations as an Accor member were not met, and I am extremely disappointed. I respectfully request the following: • An internal review of the night receptionist’s conduct and her suitability for front-of-house responsibilities. • An explanation on how such a lack of responsiveness and cleanliness occurred at an Accor property. • Information on measures being implemented to prevent such service failures in future. I trust this complaint will be taken seriously, and I am expecting a prompt and formal response.
