Dear Y. K. T., Thank you for your positive feedback regarding the easy access to the train station. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the bathroom drainage issue and the room size. Kindly be informed that we only provide a bottle of water on the first day. Our hotel does its ultimate best to reduce plastic use being gold status holder of the Green Key sustainability program.
