My stay at Pullman Miri Waterfront was extremely disappointing. For a hotel claiming 5-star status, the cleanliness was shockingly substandard. I found visible mold growing on the window blinds throughout the room and in the bathroom, which is a serious health concern. The walls had dirt marks and damage near the baseboards. The room was poorly maintained with paper debris on the floor, spider webs, and noticeable dust on surfaces and store areas. These issues indicate serious lapses in both regular cleaning and deep cleaning protocols. A 5-star hotel should maintain impeccable cleanliness standards, but my experience suggests this property falls far short of those expectations. I cannot recommend staying here until these significant housekeeping issues are addressed.
