We are accor plus platinum members, we love the sofitel darling harbour from the rooms to the restaurant they are great, but what makes it special are the staff especially in the lounge, the staff are amazing always remember us what rooms we like and in the lounge Elmo is outstanding. His service is always above and beyond for everyone who walks into the lounge, Tony in the reception bar is fantastic as well and while not in lounge now when we go for a drink he always remembers us and knows what we like, we have stayed at a lot of sofitel in Asia pacific and darling harbour is easily the best and our favourite

This hotel is the my choice for a special occasion . The rooms are all beautifully appointed and the views amazing. Club Millesime on Level 35 is my favourite. Senior Butler Elmo will treat you to his wonderful sense of humour and will welcome you as though he had been waiting for you all day . Under Elmo's tutelage the staff, food and drink service are of the highest standard . It's a very special place accessed as a Platinum Accor member or booking a room with the Club access . Not to be missed for a special stay at Darling Harbour .

Great stay just across from the convention centre and light rail.
