2 rooms was booked by my colleague under her name and upon checking in, I used my passport and membership but was told that I cannot use my accor membership as the booking was not under my name although checking in was done using my name. Eventually I have to cancel my reservation and rebook based on walk in rate to utilise my membership. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all as the front desk insist there is nothing they can do.
