Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d\'apprendre que la température dans votre chambre n\'était pas à la hauteur de vos attentes et que cela a perturbé votre sommeil. Nous comprenons l\'importance d\'un environnement confortable pour un séjour agréable et nous allons examiner la situation afin de mieux réguler la température dans nos chambres. Concernant votre repas, nous sommes navrés que les raviolis n\'aient pas répondu à vos attentes.
