Noiced very hot room at the entrance, tried to reduce the temperature through the AC which did not function. Called technical service which did not bring any solution except opening the window. I am extremely dissatisfied to stay in a room with 29 degrees which we could reduce the temperature down to 27 degrees and slept with open window. I asked the reception why should I pay full room rate when I am not happy with my stay. They answered very poiitely there is no night manager and they are not authorized to bring any solution.
