We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests, and we understand that the issues you mentioned were disappointing. Please accept our sincere apologies for the unpleasant smell in the room. We take cleanliness and maintenance seriously and will be addressing this matter with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that this does not happen again. Regarding the coffee machine, we are truly sorry that it was not functioning during your stay. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the food during your stay and that the staff in the restaurant provided great service. However, I am deeply concerned to hear about your experience during the building evacuation, and I sincerely apologize for the distress this caused you. The safety and wellbeing of our guests is our top priority, and your comments about the lack of staff presence, clear communication, and guidance during the evacuation are concerning. We take your feedback seriously and will be conducting an immediate review of our evacuation procedures, including staff roles and communication during such emergencies. While we have strict protocols in place for these types of situations, it is clear that on this occasion, we fell short. I can assure you that we will take all necessary steps to ensure that our staff are properly trained and prepared to manage emergency situations more effectively in the future.
