Hi Gavin, Thank you immensely for your review. We sincerely appreciate your loyalty and thank you for being a regular guest at our hotel. Please kindly note we always try our best to check guests in early, however the guaranteed check-in time for most hotels is 2pm. As a rule of thumb, for us, we are happy to check guests in at mid-day free of charge, subject to a room being ready. If wanting to check-in earlier, we can guarantee an early check in for an additional $65.00, which enables the guest to check-in from 10am, however this is an extra cost, but you are guaranteed to check-in from 10am. I note you arrived just before 12:30pm. I can assure you that, if there was a room ready at this time, we would have been more than happy to check you in before the normal 2pm check in time; this does depend on staffing and if current guests check out on time. Kindly note this was a very busy day for us, hence why we could not offer a check-in earlier than the guaranteed time of 2pm. As a friendly reminder, please kindly note, if not paid, an early check-in isn\'t guaranteed and is always subject to availability.
