The staff should have instead apologized and sent the extra bed immediately . Regarding check-in, I will certainly look into improving it by, most importantly, preparing the rooms for our guests prior to arrival. Regarding the swimming pool, we have plans to replace the floor tiles, as the surface of the tiles has worn out. The swimming pool is, in fact, clean and safe for our guests to swim. Kind regards.
