I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast. I would return there. Although the chocolate croissaint was awful, not crispy and without creamy chocolate. Which is strange, as chocolate croissaint use to be excellent in Novotel around the World. But everything else was great. One thing they need to change urgently is to have some complimentary mineral water at the rooms. Bizarre to charge BRL 12 for a small tetrapack water bottle. This is not about the money, it is about the experience. Very greedy, and really not expected in a 4 star hotel.
