Beautiful hotel & nice facilities. Might be bit more mindfull staff taking care of the late night arrival. I was coming from delayed flight & arrived in the hotel at 02.00 am very tired & sleepy. I got my room key(#1203 ) from reception but when I check in to the room, other guest was there. l need to came back down to reception for them to find another room. Still very confusing the reason why & no compensation anyway.

We were looked after very well. All staff were pleasant, polite and helpful. Narmatha, the Portfolio Reservations Team Leader, resolved an issue before we arrived and I really appreciated her action. Room was very comfortable and breakfast and dinner in restaurant was very pleasant.

Bathroom was dated and gross. Floors hadn't been vacuumed properly from previous visitor as hair ties were found on the ground that weren't mine. Advertised that you have overnight room service, but you actually don't. Shower inside the bath. Front customer service were fantastic which is the only redeeming quality.

Well located, excellent staff, very happy with everything available.

I recently had a work layover and had the pleasure of staying at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location was fabulous giving me easy access to trams, St Kilda beach and the South Melbourne markets. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly.
