We booked a twin room with a view of the beach. Unfortunately the Level 5 room had a king size bed and a much lower single bed. This small bed was placed in front of the closet, totally blocking access to hanging space and indeed the whole cupboard. We were unable to unpack. WE were then offered a much lower room at the back of the hotel. The staff were as helpful as possible. However, we discovered that the lavatory seat in the bathroom was dangerously loose and slid sideways when sat upon. We mentioned it twice at reception but there were no staff except the receptionist available. He kindly tried to fix the problem, but it needed a professional to do the job.

Carpet stained and lifting, drains smelly, looking very tired. No diamond member upgrade. Wanted to swap my amenity - that was a drama. The assistant said “she cant have the rose as it not the house option” i was standing right there. Underwhelming!
