Please accept our sincerest apologies for the lack of assistance upon your arrival and the unwelcoming check-in experience. This is not the level of hospitality we strive to provide, and I assure you that your comments have been shared with the team for immediate review and retraining. Every guest deserves a warm welcome, helpful service, and clear information about their stay—and I’m very sorry that this was not your experience. Thank you for your inquiry. We understand you\'re looking for luggage storage. However, we currently do not offer a dedicated luggage service at our hotel. We also regret the discomfort caused by noise from the connecting room. While connecting rooms can be convenient for some travelers, we understand that sound transfer can be disruptive, and we will look into ways to better insulate these rooms for future guests. Though we deeply regret that your stay was not a positive one, we appreciate your honesty.
